KINCARN International School teaches both Japanese and English languages. This is an international school with a comprehensive curriculum. It opened in 1998 as an institution that functions as both a kindergarten and a nursery school.

【知育プログラム】
基本の教育プログラムは子どもたちの知的好奇心を刺激し、自己表現能力を向上させることを目的としています。このプログラムでは、子どもたちは、言語、自然、算数、社会科学、芸術、音楽、運動、ICT教育、そして環境に関する様々な活動を通じて自分自身を発見し学びます。
【Intellectual Development Program】
This program aims to stimulate children’s intellectual curiosity and improve their self-expression skills. Through various activities related to mathematics, science, social sciences, language, art, music, sports, computers, and the environment, children discover and learn about themselves.
【社会性プログラム】

This program aims to help children develop their creativity and artistic talents. Through activities such as painting, music, rhythm and movement (litmics), drama, and dance, children express themselves and learn.

多言語教育とグローバル教育の最大の違いは、目的が「言語習得」だけではないことです。
グローバル教育の目的は「世界規模で世の中を捉えられるようになること」です。

【Global education】
The biggest difference between multilingual education and global education is that the purpose is not just “language acquisition.”
The purpose of global education is to “be able to understand the world on a global scale.”
Communication with multinational teachers and friends
There is a wide range of learning opportunities including multiple languages. We also cultivate international sensibilities through world events and a diverse environment. We have built friendly and strong relations with the following International schools: Gyousei International School, Columbia International School, Canadian International School and many others. In particular, with so many Kincarn graduates attending Gyosusei International School, since 2003 a school bus conveniently runs directly from Kawasaki Station to their school.
当園は「暁星国際小学校」「コロンビアインターナショナルスクール」「カナディアンインターナショナルスクール」などの学校と友好関係を築いております。
特に、暁星国際小学校は2003年4月より川崎駅から直通のスクールバスが運行するようになり、当園から多数の園児が進学しております。
After graduating from kindergarten, the students will move on to elementary school. Kindergarten will have helped them build and master the important social skills they need to advance to elementary school. At this important stage we greatly consider how their learning environment prepares them for this transition. Each individual family can independently choose a school of their choice from among a list of options that includes national, public, private or international school. Kindergarten equips them with the necessary and required skills gained from their day to day kindergarten life which cherishes their individual abilities and helps each and every one of them reach their full potential.
卒園後は小学生。小学校へ進級するための社会的な準備を幼稚園や保育園では日々の園生活を通して育てていきます。 また、就学してからの学習環境を考えて行くこともこの時期の大切な準備。
子ども達の進級先は様々です。
市立や区立の公立小学校、国立や私立小学校やインターナショナルスクールなど、多くの選択肢があります。
その子の個性や家庭の方針はそれぞれ違います。
「行きたい小学校の選択肢を広げてあげること」その環境を私たちは園生活を通して提供していきます。どこの小学校を希望してもどの子も力を発揮できるように。

【園の防犯、安全対策】
防犯カメラにより常時来園者に注視しております。また登降園アプリにて登園確認も行っており保護者にも連絡が送られるようになっています。園内施設の安全点検なども行っています。
【School security/Safety measure】
We monitor visitors by security camera at all times. We keep track of children’s attendance on an application system that also sends a notice to parents. We regularly inspect the school facilities.
【災害時の対応】
園舎は耐震構造となっています。災害の際は園内で子ども達を保護し園の連絡アプリで状況を連絡いたします。また、毎月全員参加の防災訓練を行っています。
園での防災訓練は、緊急時に円滑な避難ができるようにするために非常に重要です。
訓練では、火災や地震などが発生した場合にどのように行動すればよいかを学びます。
実際に移動し避難経路や避難場所を確認します。
【Disaster】
Our school building has an earthquake-resistant structure. In the event of a disaster, we remain in the school and try to reach out to parents through the school application. The school conducts an evacuation drill once a month with the children. We believe that the evacuation drill will help children learn what and how to act when an actual disaster happens. We also check our evacuation route and the designated evacuation shelter.
【安全教室】
川崎市の生活安全課や川崎警察の協力のもと、子ども達への交通安全教室や防犯教室なども実施しており安全について学んでいきます。
【Safety class】
Together with Kawasaki city’s community safety division and Kawasaki police department, we also conduct traffic safety class and crime prevention class for the children.

KINCARN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLは自治体から認定された園です。
子ども達は、国の制度である幼児教育保育無償化の補助金や
市町村からの保育料補助金などを受けることができます。概要は次の通りです。
Kincarn International School is a certified school by Kawasaki city and qualifies for Youjikyoiku Hoiku Mushoka subsidy and other individual city / ward subsidy.

・月64時間以上（1日4時間以上かつ月16日以上）の就労
・妊娠出産
・保護者の病気、負傷又は心身障害
・同居又は長期入院している親族などの介護看護
・災害の復旧
・求職活動又は起業の準備
・卒業後就労を目的とした職業訓練校や大学等への通学
・虐待やDVの恐れがある
・育児休業中に入園した場合は保育を必要とする事由にはあてはまりません。
・育児休業取得時に既に園に通われているお子さんがいる場合は育児休業を終了するまでの期間原則として認定が可能です。
A : 満3歳の誕生日の翌月から「幼稚園類似施設利用等補助金」の対象です。
⇒月額20,000円の補助
B : 「川崎認定保育料補助金」 と 「幼児教育保育無償化」、両方の対象です。
⇒幼児教育無償化―月額37,000円の補助
⇒川崎認定保育料補助金―月額5,000円の補助
C : 「川崎認定保育料補助金」の対象です。
⇒市民税所得割相当額による―月額10,000円～20,000円の補助
D : 「川崎認定保育料補助金」と「幼児教育保育無償化」の対象です。

If you are on maternity leave, you cannot apply, however if you have another child who already attends preschool, you are eligible until the maternity leave ends.
